The Interactive Advertising Bureau is reporting on research done by Borrell Associates. Local online advertising is expected to grow by 46 percent in 2005 over 2004, to 3.9-billion dollars. Paid search represents 8.4 percent of that. Key industries are general retail, mortgage services, and health care.
